How to Install 

1 - unrar the file and put PS3 directory  in fat32 Flash disk USB

2 - connect the flash to your PS3then go to   SETTING then  UPDATE SYSTEME

3 - chose   UPDATE VIA STORAGE MEDIA

4 - take a coffe and wait the instaltion
